Peak Performance, is proud to present a 6 week speed, agility, quickness, power and total body strength clinic aimed at improving all elements of the male/female athlete. Strength coach Jason Beauparlant unlocks the secrets in his 7 step program which utilizes all types of equipment which include, ladders, hurdles, medicine balls, viper belts, bands, and weight sleds.

- Active warm up / flexibility
- Acceleration drills
- Weight sled drills for linear/lateral speed, power and acceleration.
- Change of direction drills
- Plyometrics for power and explosiveness
- Total body strength, mobility, and stability
- Regeneration for recovery and injury prevention
