Jason Beauparlant is dedicated to providing student athletes with a positive training experience by utilizing the most up to date, scientifically proven training methods. His program is aimed at providing constant and careful teaching, and coaching through a dynamic, fun step-by-step program.
Peak Performance was founded in 1994 by strength and conditioning coach, physical education teacher, and high school football coach Jason Beauparlant. Over the past ten years, Jason designed a number of strength programs, speed programs, and clinics for hundreds of middle school, high school, college, and professional athletes.
Jason was previously the strength and conditioning at UMass Lowell for 5 years implementing a strength program for 6 mens and womens teams including baseball, softball, field hockey, volleyball, basketball and soccer. He was also the strength coach at the Governor’s Academy for 3 years.
In addition, he works closely and consults with many college and professional strength coaches including, the Chicago Bears, Purdue University and Boston University to name a few.
In addition to coaching, Jason has been a personal trainer at Hard Nock’s Gym in Amesbury, MA. As a graduate of Springfield College, and Salem State College, he holds a BS in Exercise Physiology, and a Masters Degree in Physical Ed. He is also a member of the National Strength and ConditioningAssociation and the International Youth Conditioning Association.
The Peak Performance program utilizes all types of equipment including ladders, hurdles, medicine balls, viper belts and weight sleds. Peak Performance Speed Camps are open to all athletes in all sports. The program consists of 7 components:

- Active warm-up drills
- Running mechanics drills
- Drills for linear and lateral speed and quickness
- Change of direction drills for acceleration and deceleration
- Game speed drills for game breaking speed
- Total body strength, mobility, and stability for injury prevention
- Regeneration and recovery
